Hours: 8am-5pm

Job Summary:

Manage all order-related activity for an assigned customer

Base including order processing, ship schedule, invoicing and post/del support.

Track licenses, maintenance, and entitlements for each customer.

Create and follow up on customer account information

 Requirements:

HS Diploma or GED with some college preferred

2 or more years of Customer Service experience (NON RETAIL or BANKING)
